Cambridgeshire County Disability League unveils new look

The Cambridgeshire County Disability League has launched a new logo and announced new initiatives.

The changes to the League include a renaming and additional divisions.

disability league logoThe Parability League has now been rebranded as Cambridgeshire County Disability League and this season will feature four divisions, including a new Under 16 League.

The full list of divisions is as follows:

  • White
  • Blue
  • Yellow
  • Under 16

The League is also launching new initiatives to improve the experience for everyone involved. These include:

  • Formation of a dedicated league committee
  • Establishment of a working group
  • Upskilled referees to improve match quality
  • Increased number of matches for all divisions
  • Enhanced overall football experience

We have also put a four-year plan in place to expand the league with more divisions, providing greater opportunities for participation, as well as a new Cup competition.

Cambridgeshire FA's Football Development Officer (Inclusion), Ryan Kay, said: "The rebranding to Cambridgeshire County Disability League marks a new chapter in our journey. We are committed to providing a more inclusive and enriching football experience for all our players, and the changes we’ve implemented are just the beginning,"
